1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
The return request is made within the 14-day return window.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards and digital products.
Personalized, custom-made, or handmade items (unless faulty).
Items marked as Final Sale.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@giftolux.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm your request and provide the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind or ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
